This is a legal meeting of the board of education, as advertised by the means specified in board policy. A complete copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted in the board room for your review. A copy of the agenda is available at the desk of the recording secretary.

3.1. Discuss, consider and take action regarding the sale of old air condintioners
Rationale:
I am asking the board to approve a motion allowing the district to sell old window and through the wall A/C units that were at CO and Lincoln school prior to the HVAC upgrades.

4. Future Meetings
Rationale:
Our next meeting is scheduled for Monday, September 12th. The Study Session will begin at 5:30 and will be followed at 6:30 by tax and budget hearings and our Regular Board meeting. All portions of the meeting are open to the public and will be held at the City Administration Office.
