1.2. Declaration of a Legal Meeting
Rationale:
This is a legal meeting of the board of education, as advertised by the means specified in board policy. A complete copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted in the board room for your review. A copy of the agenda is available at the desk of the recording secretary.

2. Action Items

2.1. Discuss, consider and approve bid for the Career Academy addition at the Senior High School
Rationale:
The district received the following qualified base bids for the Career Academy addition 10:00 a.m. on Thursday Nov. 10th. 1. J. H. Hespe Construction $892,500 2. Radec Construction $915,500 3. Hausmann Construction Inc. $1,085,000 The base bid includes total cost of the addition with mechanicals but not including any steel, roof joist, metal decking or non specified fabrication. This will be cost outside of the base bid which will be handled by the owner.

3. Future Meetings
Rationale:
The next regular meeting will be Monday, December 12th at the NPS Central Administration Office. The Study Session will begin at 5:30 in the Small Board Room and the Business meeting will begin at 6:30 in the Large Board Room. All components of the meeting are open to the public (with the exception of Executive Sessions).
