Discussion:
Evaluation of Construction Management Candidates. Continuing the deliberations from the July 16, 2014, meeting, the Selection Committee collectively evaluated each firm based upon the selection criteria established in the request for proposals for the Project and prepared findings, recommendations and rankings with regard to each finalist firm, and determined the Selection Committee’s collective recommendation to the Board of Education of the ranking of the finalist firms in order of preference.
The Selection Committee should and does hereby adopt the findings, recommendations and ranks attached to these minutes, and pursuant thereto, ranks the finalist firms as follows:
