Rationale:
In accordance with Nebraska law, a copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted in the back of the City Council chambers. Items listed on the agenda may be considered in any order. |

Attendance of Commission members will be recorded to determine the presence of a quorum for official actions. |

The Commission may hear testimony in favor of or in opposition to, discuss/limit discussion on, and take action on any matter presented under this title. |

3.A. Discuss and approve a list of eligible applicants that will be invited to participate in the initial police officer examinations.
Rationale:
Approve a list of Police Officer Applicants to be invited to initial examination on February 22, 2020.
Discussion:
A total of 31 applications were reviewed, 27 applicants were selected to be invited to initial examination on February 22, 2020.

4. Officers' Reports
Rationale:
Reports may be given by Commission Officers, Commissioners, or City Staff. Questions may be asked and answered; however, no action can be taken by the Commission on matters presented under this title except to answer any question posed and to refer the matter for further action at a later meeting. |
