1. Open Meeting

Rationale:

In accordance with Nebraska law, a copy of the Open Meetings Act can be found in the back of the Council Chambers.
Items listed on the agenda may be considered in any order.

Discussion: Committee Chair Brian Carnes called the meeting to order at 5:47pm.

2. Roll Call

Rationale:

Attendance of members will be recorded to determine the presence of a quorum for official actions.

Discussion: Also present: City Administrator Tom Ourada, City Clerk Judi Meyer, Finance Director Jerry Wilcox, City Attorney Kyle Manley, Building Inspector Brad Bailey, Police Chief Steve Hensel, Mayor Bauer, other City Council members.

3. Items of Business

Rationale:

The Committee may discuss or limit discussion on, hear testimony in favor of or in opposition to, or take action to provide a recommendation to the City Council on any matter presented under this title.

3.A. Discuss and provide a recommendation to the City Council on entering into a legal services agreement with Cline Williams for labor and employment counseling related to collective bargaining negotiations.

Motion Carried:

Recommend City Council approve contract with Cline Williams for Labor and Employment Counseling. Carried with a motion by Ryan Hinz and a second by Travis Sears.
