3.A. Discuss the potential costs and funding sources for upcoming capital projects and analyze the City's needs and priorities.
Discussion:
Tom Ourada provided information about potentials ways to decrease costs. Several projects are dependent upon award of federal funding or agreement by project partners to pay assessable costs. Mr. Ourada recommended the council consider modifying the proposed downtown sidewalks project to reconstructing only the red colored concrete. Sears suggested having a meeting devoted to discussion of City Park improvements.
