Library Director Joy Stevenson reported that library circulation is up 30%. Police Chief Steve Hensel reported that a police officer has resigned and candidates will be sought to fill the open position. City Administrator Tom Ourada reported that several downtown business owners would like to hold an event or events to encourage shoppers to return to downtown as businesses begin to re-open post-COVID-19.
