The Ministerios Pentecostes Maranatha Church of 705 West 12th Street would like to purchase property in the Crete Industrial Subdivision at 2151 Cardinal Lane to be used for their church operations. The City Council held a public hearing on February 5, 2013 and referred the matter to the Public Safety and Public Works Committee. The committees met on February 11, 2013 and reviewed the application.

Rationale:
The city council will review the above matters and take such actions as they deem appropriate. The city council may enter into closed session to discuss any matter on this agenda when it is determined by the council that it is clearly necessary for protection of the public interest or the prevention of needless injury to the reputation of an individual and if such and individual has not requested a public meeting, or as otherwise allowed by law.
