3.B. Discuss and provide a recommendation to the City Council on adopting Resolution 2021-05: A resolution removing parking from the east side of Iris Avenue between Fourth and Thirteenth Streets.

Recommend City Council approve Resolution 2021-05 making the east side of Iris Avenue No Parking from Arthur Drive to Fairchild Drive effective immediately. Carried with a motion by Travis Sears and a second by Dale Strehle.
