3.A. Discuss the Tuxedo Park Bridge Project and provide a recommendation to the City Council on adopting Resolution 2021-06: An NDOT Resolution for the City's final acceptance of the construction.

3.B. Discuss purchasing the Sapp Bros. gas station at the corner of Linden Avenue and 13th Street.

Discussion: No economic need to purchase the Sapp Bros. gas station on 13th and Linden. No action needed.
