3.A. Provide a recommendation to the City Council on approving payment to Cline Williams in the amount of $7,766.75 for legal services rendered through December 31, 2022.
Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada informed the Committee that this invoice was brought to committee and council to give an idea of what the contract with Cline Williams is going to look like financially. It does not need to be a special item and can be put into the consent agenda going forward.

3.B. Discuss amending the Community Room rental rates.
Discussion:
City Administrator Tom Ourada gave an update on community room rental rates, which is $100 per day with an additional $50 if the kitchen will be used. The cleaning supplies are kept in the kitchen and are unattainable when renters don't pay extra for use of the kitchen. Ourada proposed making the rate an even $150 and leaving the kitchen open.
