1. Call the Meeting to Order
Discussion:
Jeff Miller called the Village and Brady School meeting to order at 5:40 PM. Roll Call was taken.

3.1. The Brady Learning Center
Discussion:
Ryan Stearns started off by showing the board the updated plans for the Learning Center. From the current town library the space will be an increase of 30%. There will be a big open space for books and computers, a desk, a classroom, and restrooms. It will be an addition on the southwest corner. Discussion is still being talked about what the village will do with the old library. Grants are still being sought out for which ones the village and school district can apply for. This project will probably take about two years to complete, as applying for grants and getting the funds will take a little bit of time. The boards would like to have a Town Hall Meeting in the near future to discuss all the details. The next step will be finalizing the presentation drawing.
