The board went through the next steps for the strategic plan. There is a community engagement meeting on Monday January 20th at 5:00 PM, to get the community's input for the school district.

4. Staffing needs for 2025-2026 school year
Discussion:
The board talked about next year's staffing needs and how to navigate the open positions and how preschool is going this year.
