Motion to accept the bid of Olsson & Associates in the amount of $47,000 for Bid Package #4 - Building Foundations and Site Paving Layout Passed with a motion by Paul Duer and a second by Dr. Timothy Alvarez.

Motion to accept the bid of Concrete Industries in the amount of $33,080 for Bid Package #5 - Reinforcing Steel Material Supply Passed with a motion by Jerry Rumery and a second by Pam Williams.

Motion to accept the bid of Stephens & Smith Construction in the amount of $177,050 for Bid Package #6 - Concrete Foundations Passed with a motion by Paul Duer and a second by Jerry Rumery.

Motion to accept the bid of Midwest Masonry in the amount of $86,500 for Bid Package #8 - Masonry Passed with a motion by Paul Duer and a second by Dr. Timothy Alvarez.
