2.1. 2018 Summer Projects Update
Discussion:
Dr. Fields updated the board on the summer projects. Roofing projects, tile abatement, tile, carpeting, painting and lockers are all complete. Tom and the maintenance department are close to completing the lighting project at the high school and moving onto the elementary. Video surveillance is complete thru out the district. The elementary intercom system is complete also. Concrete work has been started at the high school.

Discussion:
Dr. Fields discussed the special building fund and what the board would like to do with this fund in the near future.
