Discussion:
The board discussed Dr. Fields evaluation. Moved by Lisa Dwoark seconded by Scott Pekarek to enter into executive session at 5:58 p.m. to discuss superintendent evaluation. All members of the board voted yes. Moved by Scott Pekarek, seconded by Lisa Dworak to move out of executive session at 6:16 p.m.. All members of the board voted yes.

Discussion:
President Seaman discussed TIF and how the process works. The board was asked for their input.
