2.1. Special Building Fund Projects
Discussion:
Dr. Fields and Tom Vajgrt discussed the bids for the greenhouse project. Jessica Dominy discussed the elementary playground project. The elementary PTO has done two fundraisers this school year to help fund this project.

Dr. Fields discussed TIF and what was discussed at a meeting with city officials and a few city council members.
