2.1. Update on Summer Projects
Discussion:
Dr. Fields discussed the summer projects. The fire alarm system is almost complete and the fire Marshall will do his final inspection soon. The elementary playground is being installed at this time. The high school east parking lot lights are not working at this time due to a broken line, and we will start the project soon. We received the roofing inspection today so we will discuss that at a later date.

2.2. Kratos Performance and Fitness Report
Discussion:
Ryan discussed the Kratos program that was used over the summer in the weight room.

2.3. ESSERS III Application/Budget
Discussion:
Dr. Dominy and Dr. Fields discussed our ESSERS III application that was submitted September 10, 2021.
