3.3. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
The NASB state conference is scheduled for November 17-19, 2021. Legislative redistricting is complete and the new teachers have been very positive and happy to be here. The farm lab luncheon was a great success last Friday and students presented on what they have done at the farm lab. Dr. Fields discussed social emotional support for our district. The elementary playground is almost complete but the kids of the school and community are able to enjoy it.

4.2. COVID Update
Discussion:
Our COVID numbers have been stable and the data dashboard is still updated daily. We will be offering flu shots to our staff and their families. Dr. Fields discussed air purifiers-do we buy one per classroom? Four Corners gave employees that wanted vaccinated the Moderna vaccine and a booster shot in not approved at this time. We have around 68% of our employees that got vaccinated. We have submitted our ESSERS III application and we are still waiting on the approval.

4.3. Kratos Survey Results
Discussion:
Dr. Fields discussed the KRATOS survey. The coaches gave KRATOS a 7 out of 10 on the summer program and the students are very supportive of the program.
