2.1. Before and After School Program
Discussion:
Lacey Koch and Katie Langner discussed a before and after school program they would like to start and use the elementary school.

2.2. Summer Projects Discussion
Discussion:
Dr. Fields and Tom Vajgrt discussed the summer projects that will start soon.

2.3. Safe2Help Update
Discussion:
Dr. Fields discussed Safe2Help. Communication went out to parents last Sunday and the hotline went live on Monday, January 10, 2022 for Seward Public Schools.

2.4. TIF Update
Discussion:
Dr. Fields updated the board on TIF projects.

2.5. Middle School Special Olympics Update
Discussion:
Dr. Hall-Schmeckpeper discussed Special Olympics bowling at the middle school. There currently are 12 students participating.
