4.3. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Dr. Fields discussed the January PD Day, the NASB Legislative Conference on January 30 and 31, 2022, and gave a Legislative Update. Dr. Fields thanked the board from the classified staff for the pay increase. We sold a bus to Dorchester Public Schools and are looking for bids for a new car and trading in a few of our older cars. Dr. Fields was part of the educator shortage roundtable discussion and discussed some issues in finding educators. Dr. Fields also discussed the parent/student and staff survey.
