The public notice was publicized in the Seward County Independent and posted at city hall, library and courthouse. The public notice was dated March 9, 2022.

2.1. Strength and Conditioning Program
Discussion:
Mr. Moody updated the board on the KRATOS program and recommended better communication between all parties.

2.2. Drug testing/vaping of students in activities
Discussion:
Dr. Fields and the high school administration discussed drug testing/vaping of students in activities with the board. The board will continue to discuss this issue.

2.3. Staff/Student Recognition
Discussion:
Dr. Fields discussed staff/student recognition from the board. The board was very supportive of this idea.

2.4. Agricultural Issues
Discussion:
Five FFA high school students gave a presentation to the board about a few agricultural-related problems as part of a project they are doing.

Discussion:
Dr. Dominy and Trevor Menke presented on American Civics.
