2.1. Summer Projects 2023
Discussion:
Tom Vajgrt discussed the upcoming summer projects. There will be three Heat Pumps installed over winter break. We are in the process of getting bids for the theater Lights and we will start the Elementary Tree Project this month. The final phase of the carpeting at the elementary will be finished this summer. We are hoping to get all the painting done but some might need to be pushed to the following summer. We are looking at redoing the High School Fence around the football field and sections of the roof at the high school. The high school east parking lot needs to be milled and resurfaced.

Dr. Fields discussed our staffing shortages in all areas and the NASB classified staff survey.
