2.1. Special Education Report
Discussion:
Dr. Hall-Schmeckpeper, Jackie Vanis, Heidi Weber, Sarah Hinrichs and Tiffany Core presented to the board on what our special education needs are at this time, along with some areas we are working on to improve our services.

2.2. Summer Project update
Discussion:
Dr. Fields and Tom Vajgrt updated the board on the summer projects. We discussed theater lights, carpet at the elementary, roofing project and we are still waiting on ERV's and heat pumps. The maintenance truck we ordered last fall is not available so we are still looking for one. The Video Boards have been ordered and a couple of meetings have taken place. We will be ordering a Freezer/Cooler combo for the middle school.

Dr, Fields discussed the food service audit we had on October 26, 2022.

Dr. Fields discussed a possible Doane grant/project for upcoming students who want to become teachers.
