3.3. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
Dr. Fields gave the board a Legislative Update. LB 753- passed out of general file, and the three governor bills on school funding will come up for debate to the floor. Dr. Fields discussed with the board the Manufacturing Meeting for instance puzzled apprenticeships at SCC and Future Plans for students after high school. Safety and Security- NIAC which we have access to is a huge benefit. Dr. Fields asked the School Board if they were interested in doing School Visits in the near future, so they can see what is going on in the buildings. Letters of intent to return for teachers are due on March 16, 2023. Some of our high school staff helped support Concordia in a difficult time last week.
