Madison Dominy presented her report to the board.

3.3. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
The shot clocks have been installed at the high school. The Prairie View Development will have roads soon and will then start building. We will begin discussing classified staff, middle management, and administrator pay in May and Dr. Fields has a meeting set up with the classified staff to get their feedback on pay, insurance, etc. Dr. Fields discussed the 3 acres next to the maintenance building for a test plot for FFA/Classes. We also need a small building for small animals with an outside pen someplace on the high school grounds. The next School Board Tour will be April 18 starting at 9:00 am at the district office.

Discussion:
Dr. Fields, Ryne Seaman and Paul Duer attended a national school board conference in Florida. All three discussed what they took away from the conference.
