2.1. Seward Wellness Center Update
Discussion:
Joel Brase updated the board on the wellness center. They are working on pouring footings and are currently on schedule and completion is still scheduled for March 2025. Construction meetings are held every two weeks.

2.2. Baseball Field Discussion
Discussion:
Brock Anderson discussed the Plum Creek Sports & Turf Campaign. The projected start date would be July 2025 and hopes of raising one million dollars.

2.3. Bus Radio System
Discussion:
Dr. Fields and Marty Telecky discussed the bus radio system and looking into updating the system over the summer.

Dr. Dominy and Dr. Fields will go over the work from our action planning day and get feedback from the board on suggestions or edits.
