5.3. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
The Ag Appreciation Luncheon last week had a great turnout. The NASB State Conference will be held on November 18-20, 2026. Dr. Fields and the board will be presenting on Thursday, November 19, 2026 about the bond. A few board members discussed Lessons Learned from the NASB regional meeting in York. The Seward board was recognized at the regional meeting for all their work. The NASB Regional Director ballot for #16- will be Suzanne Sapp Ashland-Greenwood or Amanda Jedlicka, Schuyler. The Negotiations Committee will need to meet before Nov. 1.
