Discussion:
The board has adopted a motion to enter closed session to discuss the proposed purchase price and the terms of any purchase agreement and to give negotiating guidance to the superintendent because it is in the public interest to do so. The board will limit its discussion to this issue. The board entered Closed Session at 4:04pm The Board exited Closed Session at 4:27pm.

Approve to authorize the superintendent to make an offer to purchase the real estate and to execute a purchase agreement on behalf of the district according to the terms of the negotiating guidance provided to the superintendent in closed session.
