Discussion:
Mr. Shively said step up day was a success and the elementary master schedule for 2025-2026 is finished. He is continuing to work on the Handbook.

4.2. Secondary Principal Report
Discussion:
Mr. Cafferty reported that graduation went well. He is preparing Handbooks for next year. The parking lot organization went well so he is looking at more permanent barriers. He and Mr. Shively are prepping for the new Superintendent.

Discussion:
The first Academic Letter of Intent ceremony and graduation went well. He included a list of projects to look at for the next few years. Surplus equipment will be sold by sealed bids. Mr. Best will make sure the transition is smooth for Mr. Cline to take over.
