5.1. BVH Facility Study Update
Discussion:
BVH presented beginning results of the facility study. BVH and the board discussed the facility audit findings, educational alignment results, and the master planning process. Staff and the Board participated in sharing 'hot spots' in and outside the school that need attention. Patrons will be invited to participate soon.

6.1. Elementary Principal Report
Discussion:
Mr. Shively reported that ELPA testing is underway. He presented classroom numbers for 2026-2027. Mr. Shively and staff are looking at Studies Weekly and Nebraska History curriculum and training. March 9-10 are parent/teacher conferences. March 27 Kindergarten roundup.

6.2. Secondary Principal Report
Discussion:
Mr. Cafferty reported on activities going on right now. Spring sports are around the corner. He will be at the National Conference this week. Making adjustments on handbooks.

6.3. Superintendent Report
Discussion:
Mr. Cline discussed the monthly budget update. February 16th is an Inservice BVH will be here to present to the staff the facility study.
