4.1. BVH and Northland Securities — Facility Study
Discussion:
BVH gave updates of the facility plan to the school. Nov 2nd will be the first presentation of the facility study to the community. The community is invited.

5.1. Elementary Principal Report
Discussion:
Parent teacher conference attendance was 97% for elementary. CSLD grant-All teachers are certified in the Science of Reading (that participated last year) and the rest are working on their certification.

Parent teacher conferences were at 70% participation. A new plan has been implemented for the downs list and is so far successful.

Discussion:
Budget update. 402 students enrolled. Negotiations update. Music trip update. October 22 strategic planning meeting. Nov 2, 17 and Dec 15th community engagement meetings will be held. Nov 16 and Dec 14 at 6pm board meetings.
