We have a worker placed in the kitchen and custodial area. This helps the worker earn work experience and provides the school district with free labor. I'm also continue to explore working with them to understand and possibly make placements in the ON the Job (OJT) program and Work Opportunity Tax Credit Program (WOTC). These programs provide financial incentives such as paying employees salaries for their first 6-months of employment and being able to earn a tax credit of up to approximately $10,000.
