1. Call the Meeting to Order

Rationale:

Public Participation at Board of Education Meetings:

BOE Policy/Regulation #2009 outlines the parameters of public participation at Board meetings concerning items on the agenda as well as those not on the agenda. A copy of this policy is available in the Superintendent’s office and at each monthly Board meeting.

4. Verification of Open Meetings Act Notice

5. Verification of Publication of Meeting Notice

6. Presentation about legal matters from the school district's attorney.

7. Discuss, consider, and take all necessary action regarding legal advice provided by the school district's attorney related to liability concerns and district practices. (possible closed session)

Motion to enter into executive session at 7:03PM to discuss personnel for the protection of public interest and/or the prevention of needless injury to the reputation of an individual and if such individual has not requested a public meeting passed with a motion by Windy Ingram and a second by Brandon Herrick.

Motion 2 passed:

Motion to leave executive session at 9:07PM passed with a motion by Derek Fouts and a second by Angie Grube.
