1. Call the hearing to order
Rationale:
Public Participation at Board of Education Meetings: BOE Policy/Regulation 8346 outlines the parameters of public participation at Board meetings concerning items on the agenda as well as those not on the agenda. A copy of this policy is available in the Superintendent’s office and at each monthly Board meeting.

5.1. Review of the amount of money collected from students pursuant to, and the use of waivers provided in, the student fee policies of the district for the 2014-2015 school year.

5.2. Hold Public Hearing to discuss, consider, and receive input on a proposed Student Fee Policy. The public will be given the opportunity to present information and opinions on a proposed Student Fee Policy.
