Discussion:
JEO discussed that they are new, not the same firms as they were before. Funding experience. One person dedicated to funding. Don't charge for cost estimates. Phone calls to answer question not charged.
Oak Creek Engineering- 10 people on staff. Out of Kearney. No Grant writer on staff,work with a private company from Kearney. Miller & Associates- 46 years based out of Kearney. Grant writers on staff. Prefer to do the engineering. Drones for topographic surveys.
