Discussion:
It was moved by Jeff Wacker and seconded by Scott Wulf to enter into closed session for a strategy session with respect to collective bargaining clearly necessary for the protection of the public interest or for the prevention of needless injury to the reputation of and individual in compliance with the law. After discussion and on roll call vote as follows, Yea: 9, Nay: 0
The Board went into closed session at 8:46 PM. Immediately prior to the closed session President Rebbe restated on the record the limitation of the subject matter of the closed session. The Board reconvened in open session at 9:45 PM. before any formal action was taken. |
