Discussion:
Superintendent Klein reported on the FY19-20 financial audit, start of winter sports, 1st quarter COVID activity, and upcoming calendar dates.

Assistant Principal/Activities Director Larsen reported on an FFA community grant from Farmers Pride, the Veteran's Day program, winter sports and the One-Act play.

Elementary Principal Kraus reported on parent teacher conferences, November teacher in-service day and fundraising.

Discussion:

Discussion:
The Board went into closed session at 8:05 pm. Immediately prior to the closed session the presiding officer restated on the record the limitation of the subject matter of the closed session. The Board reconvened in open session at 11:52 pm before any formal action was taken.
