7. Discussion Items
Discussion:
The Board asked for public comment towards the future LVPS 2021-2022 Safe School Re-Opening Plan in compliance with ARP ESSER III Guidelines. A patron requested to see the plan and have the opportunity to comment at that time regarding the Safe School Re-Opening Plan. Another patron inquired about the plans regarding plexiglass, social distancing, etc. into the 21-22 school year. Discussion was held regarding the 2021-2022 Safe School Re-Opening Plan. The Board asked for public comment regarding the original LEA ARP ESSER III Grant Application in compliance with ARP ESSER III Guidelines. A patron requested more information about where the boards sees the greatest need for additional high-quality instructional materials to integrate across the K-12 program. Another patron inquired whether the school had considered a vaccination clinic for children ages 12 and up. Discussion was held regarding the American Recovery Plan ESSER III Grant Allocation, 2021-2022 NSAA girls wrestling, elementary wall panel remediation, and Standards Based Learning: 7-8 implementation. Regular and committee meeting reminders were given. The next regular meeting will be held Monday, July 12, 2021 at 8:00 pm.
