Cheri Kowalski shared her concerns and several questions about the facility plan, financing, and Rule 11. Diane Dethlefs shared concerns about a new facility and asked some questions from an article in the paper about financing rates.

Discuss the upcoming 2020 Joint Coop Board meeting
Discussion:
The Joint Coop meeting is March 19, 2020 and is an Ad HOc committee of both boards. The board wanted to discuss adding JH basketball games and weeks where there are 3 games in a week.

Discuss the possible summer maintenance projects for 2020.
Discussion:
The board discussed items on the possible summer maintenance list and the bidding process for all of the projects. Plans will be finalized in April.

Discuss the agenda for the March 30th Work Session
Discussion:
The board would like to discuss budgeting, building plans, and legislative impact of the current session. In addition how staffing and preschool could affect the facility planning process.

Superintendents Report of State Teleconference regarding Emergency Preparedness
Discussion:
The Nebraska Department of Education and the State Epidemiologist were on a conference call with Nebraska superintendents on Sunday and a great del of information was shared with us about the current situation and some resources available to school districts. Communication will continue.
