Fire and Safety Building Committee Presentation
Discussion:
Alec Baillie discussed the fire and emergency building and the plans which will be on the ballot on November 6th. There is a town hall meeting on October 30th at the Community Center at 7pm to discuss the financing.

Policy Committee Update on Superintendent Evaluation Tool

Curriculum Committee Update
Discussion:
The curriculum committee discussed the current preschool program and future plans for our district's commitment to early childhood education in addition the school calendar for upcoming years.

Update on RFP for Primary Building and Long Term Planning
Discussion:
We had 6 firms show interest inteh RFP process for the current facilities and to plan for future building needs.

Superintendent's Update
Discussion:
We discussed the initiatives currently in the district and what we will be tackling in the remainder of this school year.
