Discussion:
There is a critical NEED to take care of the aging infrastructure of our buildings.
Heat pumps are 26 years old and are currently $12,600 to replace. We have 39 of them. Cost would be $450,000+ Capital replacement plan is the key to budgeting. Locking in the cost to help flatten out the levy. Control systems need updating to efficiently control heating and cooling. Alarm systems (fire) need replacement. New gym cooling is estimated at $250,000. |
