II.A. Superintendent Teacherage
Discussion:
Kari wanted to thank everyone for all the work prior to moving in. Security deposit will be required for the housing unit. A lease will be prepped and walk throughs need to be scheduled. |

II.B. Vehicle Usage
Discussion:
Set up a MOU for outside entities to use vehicles. In the past other entities have used our buses because we are the only ones in town. Possibly require our employee to be the driver and other entity would have to hire our employee so we are covered under our insurance. All requests need to be okayed by the Superintendent.

II.C. Facility Usage
Discussion:
The HEART Program works with kids K-6. High school students have been allowed in the past. Going forward, there needs to be two separate contracts. Each contract needs a deposit. Usage needs to be monitored. New Gym usage will only be used for high school sports. Would like to have PE in the MPR if possible. |

II.D. Classified Insurance/Compensation Schedule
Discussion:
Probationary period wage was changed to $10.00 and $11.00 and then jump to the new level after 60 days. All probationay periods need to be set to 60 days. Discussion was held about classified insurance. The cash in lieu option will be changed from $1,000 to $2,000.
