II.B. Building Project
Discussion:
Contact Rex Shultze and get some ideas. Invite him to meet with the board in January. |

II.C. Bus bid
Discussion:
Two bids were turned in for the old bus. The highest bid was $589. |
|
II.D. Propane Meters
Discussion:
Information on installing digital meters was presented. It will cost between $540 and $700 per house to add digital meters to each house. There is a question on the accuracy of the readings. Examples were shared. |

II.E. Superintendent Evaluation
Discussion:
The Superintendent evaluation was presented to Ms. Daniels today at 3PM. The evaluation will be postponed to allow Ms. Daniels time to prepare a response. The evaluation process will be completed at either a special board meeting or the next regular board meeting. |

II.F. Superintendent Search
Discussion:
At the November meeting, there was not a motion to hire NRCSA. THe Board needs to decide what their plan is moving forward. |

II.G. Teacherage Lease
Discussion:
Priorities for the teacherages and the waiting list was discussed. There is not a board policy about vacating and evicting for priority. |
