Discussion:  Meeting called to order at 5:19

Discussion:  Co-teaching in kindergarten.......Ms. Heyden and Ms. Lancaster are working together to meet the needs of students..advantages & disadvantages were discussed.  This co-teaching keeps kids on IEP in the classroom.  It has been beneficial to have two teachers working with such a large class.   Station teaching seems to be working the bet so far.  Mrs. Nagel said that they are hoping to loop these teachers with these students next year because they have already established relationships.

Discussion:  Update on Sellon trial and continuance.  This case has been continued multiple times.  They will now be trying both Dr. & Mrs. Sellon.  Mr. Bressman would like direction regarding how much support to give the current prosecutor.  He would also like to insure that current employees feel comfortable and prepared to testify if it should come to that. 

Discussion:  This is a new policy to support changes in ESSA for our Title Program. This information was provided to Mr. Bressman and he will insure that our current policy meets all requirements

Discussion:  The individual who was coming to talk about the Indian Education for All Act was not in attendance at the meeting.

Discussion:  Information regarding the outstanding balance for basketball was presented to the board with a recommendation for action during the regular board meeting.

Discussion:  Times for a possible School Board retreat with NDE were discussed.  The school board would like to have more students attend this meeting so that they can share information regarding our school with the Commissioner of Education.  Dates in March were discussed.  Board members indicated that weekends work best for them.  If they leave on a Friday and have a work session on Saturday.  Supt. to reach out to Dr. Blomstedt and see if he has dates available on a weekend in March.
