II.A. Teacher Presentation
Discussion:
Ms. Graves presented on the new Santee FFA chapter and trip to the FFA state convention. Mrs. Hrbek presented on behalf of the second grade class and their recycling program.

Discussion:
A discussion was held about the current classified leave policy and what it means.

II.D. Legal Representation

II.E. 2018-2019 Administrative Plan
Discussion:
Steve Moose shared information with all Board members. He explained that last weekend Steve and Donnie met with Dr. Blomstedt. They developed a plan for the 2018-2019 that would be in effect for one year to see if a five member administrative team would work in Santee going forward. There will be a retreat in Santee at the end of May. Then there will be a retreat in Lincoln later with the students.

II.F. Bid from Tessier's
Discussion:
We have been struggling with adjusting HVAC units to have room comfortable with kids. Currently, we have dampers that are not working properly and need to replace thermostats, fix duct work and programming.

II.H. Special Bond Election
Discussion:
The process for passing a bond resolution was discussed. Information was distributed with bid information.
