Lizzie Swalley took her oath of office and was seated as a new board member.

President Moose turned the meeting over to Ms. Daniels. She called for nominations for Board President. Rosella Whipple nominated Steve Moose and DeWayne Wipple seconded the nomination.

Discussion:
Rosella Whipple nominated Don Pike. Cindy Whipple nominated Lizzie Swalley. Rosella Whipple, DeWayne Wabasha, Steve Moose, and Lizzie Swalley voted for Don Pike. Cindy Whipple voted for Lizzie Swalley. Don Pike abstained.
Don Pike elected to Vice President with a vote of 4-1-1. |

Discussion:
Don Pike nominated Rosella Whipple for Secretary. Cindy Whipple, Lizzie Swalley, Steve Moose, Donnie Pike, and DeWayne Wabasha voted for Rosella Whipple. Rosella Whipple abstained.
Rosella Whipple is elected to Secretary with a 6-0-0 vote. |

Steve Moose nominated Lizzie Swalley for the Treasurer, DeWayne seconded the nomination. Cindy Whipple nominated DeWayne Wabasha for the Treasurer. DeWayne Wabasha, Rosella Whipple, Donnie Pike, and Steve Moose voted for Lizzie Swalley. Cindy Whipple voted for DeWayne Wabasha.
Lizzie Swalley abstained. Lizzie Swalley was elected Treasurer with a vote of 4-1-1. |
