II.A. Teacherage Driveways
Discussion:
Melvin Pike initiated the driveway replacement project. Two bids submitted. Elite Crete and Woody Roberts Construction.

II.B. ESU 1 Contract - Additional Psych Time
Discussion:
Ms. Daniels reached out to ESU1 concerning the additional time of a School Pyschologist.

II.C. Impact Aid Consultant
Discussion:
Ms. Daniels shared the benefits of our Impact Aid Consultant.

II.D. Carpet in Library & High School
Discussion:
The bid for replacing the carpet in the Library and hallway. Board requested that the issue of the East entrance be addressed as in the winter time, there is a safety issue. Discussion of additional rugs or carpet tiles.

II.E. Curriculum Purchase
Discussion:
Ms. Nagel reported onthe curriculum purchase. Teachers voted 6 to 1 for Amplify for our Reading program. Board members had concern as to why we weren't using Reading Mastery they have proof it works. Ms. Nagel said, with NDE/UNL we will be using Reading Mastery, with interventions.

Discussion:
Board was given next years calendar.

II.G. Personnel
Discussion:
There will be SPED opening due to Ms.Kay's resignation. Beau RedOwl, signed his work agreement.

II.H. Graduation Grievance
Discussion:
Mr. Hoffman, said a student was coming to share a concern with graduating.
