II.A. Discuss, consider and take all necessary action related to requiring all staff to wear masks at all times while on school property or while conducting school business

Discussion:
The board is placing a mask mandate in effect that will require all staff to wear a mask at all times. For classified staff, if they are found without wearing their mask, they will be sent home without pay. Certified is a little different due to contract. If ceritified are found without wearing their masks they can receive a formal reprimand. The school will continue to follow the CDC guidelines for the younger ages, 4 years old and younger are not required to wear a mask per guidelines. Staff will be given mask breaks if needed.

II.B. Accept resignation and approve separation agreement
Discussion:
The board went into closed session at 10:11 am to discuss agenda item. Was motioned by Stacy Johnson and seconded by Dewayne Wabasha.
