concern over the hriing of a charter bus. Garage doors.
Beau shared an update of budget. We will have plenty of cushion in our budget. Board asked him to be sure to have a budget for the LNI tournament. Pud would like a cost of daycare budget, to run during school year. Conversation wth staff members - expectations - requirement, earn PTO. |

IV.A. Superintendent
Discussion:
You will receive an update on Building Project after tomorrow's meeting. Mr. Hayes will participate via zoom. Ruth and Beau will participate in the meeting as well. We continue to look for a secondary science teacher. The NASB document has information relating to bills that were passed in the last legislative session which may result in us needed to change and/or modifiy some of our policies. It is critical that our practice and policies match.

IV.A.1. Progress Plan Update
Discussion:
There will be a meeting of all stake holders on July 1. This meeting will include NDE, Tribal Council, SCS administration and board members, as well as members from ESU 1

IV.A.2. Principal
Discussion:
MTSS Trainings 2 days
Amplify Trainings 2days. They will be coming this Fall to assess and assit teachers. August 2nd. is next meeting. Behavior Training for new employees. Megan McGlone led the training along with paras and teachers. Resilence Training and will meet again on Thursday and then test on it. They will take time to train and work with staff. Summer School- started out with 58 and are currently down to 25 students since the pool opened. Summer school is utilizing Reading Mastery for summer reading support.. There are currently no students attending for credit recovery. High School kids are coming in lift weights with coaches present. Special education and title students were sent a letter home encouraging their participation in summer school. |
